Yeshivas Mevakshei Torah INC (“the Yeshiva,” “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and how we protect it.
When you make a donation or payment: your name, email address, billing address, the amount, what the payment is for, and any note you add. Card details (card number, expiration date and security code) are entered directly into secure fields provided by our payment processor, Sola Payments. They are never seen or stored by our website. We receive only the card type and its last four digits. If you pay by Zelle, we record the confirmation number and the name on the sending account that you provide.
When you apply: the applicant’s name, email address and phone number, the application form, and any documents you upload, such as a transcript, a photo and letters of recommendation.
When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and your message.
Automatically: to keep the website secure and prevent fraud and spam, we use your IP address and a security check provided by Cloudflare. Our website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the website, and only as needed for them to do so:

If you set up a recurring donation, your card is stored securely by Sola Payments, not by our website, so that each monthly payment can be processed. To change or cancel a recurring donation, please contact us at ymt@mevaksheitorah.org.
Files uploaded with an application are deleted from our website within a few days, once they have been delivered to our office. Records of payments and applications are deleted from our website after one year. Copies kept by our office, such as emails and payment records, are retained as needed for the Yeshiva’s records and as required by law.
Our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Card details are entered only into Sola Payments’ secure fields, and access to the information we receive is limited to those at the Yeshiva who need it.
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We do not send marketing emails through our website.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
